# Give your calendar a Grok Bot chief of staff

Each template in this category sets up a Grok Bot chief of staff that reads your calendar at 07:00 and posts the day's meetings with the decision each one needs.

The daily brief routine fires at 07:00 on weekdays. It reads the calendar for the next 12 hours, names each meeting, states who called it, and lists the open item that meeting should close. Anything with no agenda gets flagged so you can cancel it before 09:00.

Calendar defence works as a rule set. The template tells the Bot which hours are protected, which meeting types break the protection, and what to reply when someone books over a block. Every decline goes behind approval, so the Bot proposes the message and you press Allow once.

Bot-to-bot orchestration runs in a group chat. A Grok Bot group chat takes two to six Bots, so a chief of staff Bot sits with a research Bot and a finance Bot and hands each one the part of the brief it owns. One Bot runs one computer-use task on its screen at a time, so split heavy browsing across Bots rather than queuing it on one.
