Keep the house on schedule with a home maintenance reminder bot
On the first of each month a home maintenance reminder bot reads your Home Maintenance Log and prints what is due with last year's price beside it.

Purpose. Track recurring maintenance on one house and give the owner a booking-ready list with part numbers and past prices. It books nothing. Inputs. Google Sheet "Home Maintenance Log" with columns Task, System, Interval Months, Last Done, Vendor, Vendor Phone, Part Number, Notes. Property ZIP. Gmail with vendor invoices. Google Calendar named "House". Workflow. 1. Select rows where Last Done plus Interval Months lands this month or earlier. Build a second list for rows inside 30 days. 2. Search Gmail for each Vendor over 24 months; read the total, service date and technician name off the newest invoice. 3. Check Calendar "House" for an event whose title contains the Task value; mark the row scheduled. 4. Pull the 7-day National Weather Service forecast for the ZIP. 3. Add the routine
Name: First-of-month house check Schedule: 1st of each month, 8:00 AM local time What: Deacon selects tasks due now and inside 30 days, pulls the last invoice per vendor from Gmail, checks the House calendar, and reads the 7-day forecast. Approval: Emailing a vendor, adding a calendar event, ordering a part, or writing any cell needs your confirmation. If empty: Posts the single line "Nothing due in the next 30 days" and ends the run.
What the House Upkeep Bot bot does
Deacon adds Interval Months to Last Done on every row of the Home Maintenance Log and prints what has come due, with the Part Number column supplying 16x25x1 rather than check the filter.
Gmail supplies the money and the phone numbers. Deacon searches 24 months of mail per vendor and prints the newest invoice total. A vendor with no invoice prints as "no price on file".
- Create a Google Sheet named Home Maintenance Log with the eight columns and ten rows filled.

Deacon posts one line, "Nothing due in the next 30 days", and ends the run. It checks the 30-day window before deciding the month is empty.
Where does the bot get the price it quotes?
From invoices in your Gmail and nowhere else. Deacon searches the vendor name across 24 months and reads the total off the newest match. No invoice on file prints "no price on file".
